Dr Plocher's goal is not only to give you great dental care, but to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. That is why Dr. Plocher accepts most dental insurance programs.

Dr. Plocher and his staff do not believe that expense should prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you may need at any time. To assist you in receiving the care you deserve, Dr. Plocher accept major credit cards and, if necessary, his staff will help you arrange special dental credit.

If you are familiar with your dental insurance program, it will help you to know that Dr. Plocher's fees are considered usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) for most insurance programs and are regulated by Delta Dental.

Though Dr. Plocher fees are Usual and Customary for Orange County California and regulated by Delta Dental, you may find that your dental insurance pays less.

Payment Tips

Here are some tips from Dr Plocher and his staff concerning dental insurance:

Unlike medical insurance, dental insurance pays a relative small percentage of the costs of dental care.

Different Dental Insurance programs pay differently. A program may pay a percentage of the fees based upon UCR for the area the treating dental office is in; or, a different program may pay certain amount for a listed procedure on an insurance company payment schedule; or, a plan may pay UCR subject to maximums. Your plan may have another method of determining what they will pay for each procedure.

Many programs have deductibles of $50 or $100 that you pay, after which they pay some percentage.
